It is compatible with the MM1 white nylon fold-down base or the MM2 stainless steel fold-down base, both available separately. For fixed mast installations, the ZM21-VHF can also be mounted using a MMA mast mount adaptor in combination with 2 x EB1-SS stainless steel parallel mount clamps, offering robust support in demanding marine environments. ZCG Scalar recommends installing the ZM21-VHF as high as possible on your vessel or fixed structure to achieve a true omni-directional radiation pattern, ensuring consistent 360-degree VHF coverage for vessel-to-vessel and vessel-to-shore communication.
