Our highly popular HM218-M marine HF CB vertical radiator antenna is suitable for either mast mounting or side of vessel structure mounting for HF communications within the 2-30 MHz range. The HM218-M marine HF antenna consists of a 2-piece radome and foam encased copper vertical radiatior, requiring assembly on-site utilising basic hand tools. For the stated performance levels, an Automatic Tuning Unit or ATU is required, not supplied. Our HM218-M is utilised for land based marine HF CB communications applications or on larger vessels that require additional height for improved signal propogation over larger water masses.
